Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness to both guests and ourselves, here’s our cancellation policy:

Non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure your booking. However, if you need to cancel, we will credit this amount towards a future stay within the next 12 months, subject to availability.

More than 6 weeks before: The £250 booking deposit.

6 weeks to no show: 100% of the hire cost. We reserve the right to amend our cancellation policy for certain events.

Cancellations less than 6 weeks before arrival: If you cancel within 6 weeks of your stay, the full balance is non-refundable & no credit will be given

Changing your dates: If you need to change your booking to different dates, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Any price difference for the new dates will apply.

Travel insurance: We recommend all guests take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect your stay.
